Landscaping in Summit, UT

Summit is a small rural community along I-15 between Enoch and Parowan, about 12 miles from our Cedar City home base. Properties here tend to be roomy and open, with big skies and plenty of exposure to sun and wind. Since 2011 we've helped Iron County homeowners make large lots look finished without turning them into a maintenance project.

Landscaping Services in Summit

For Summit properties, these are the services we're asked about most:

• Rocks, Pavers & Hardscapes: rock, boulders, and pavers that cover ground

• Fencing: vinyl or wood to define boundaries or keep animals in

• Xeriscape: drought-tolerant designs for big spaces

• Trees & Plants: hardy trees for shade and windbreaks

• Fire Pits: a gathering spot under open skies

• Pergolas & Decks: shade where there isn't any yet

• Outdoor Lighting: pathways and entries after dark

• Grass: sod where it earns its keep

• Yard Clean Up: for overgrown properties that need a fresh start

Why Local Conditions Matter

Big rural lots and open ground bring their own challenges. Wind and full sun can dry out plants quickly, weeds move in fast on bare ground, and watering a huge lawn adds up. We plan zones: a comfortable, finished space close to the house, and lower-care rock and drought-tolerant plantings farther out.

If a property has gotten away from you, our clean-up crew handles trimming, hauling, and debris, so we can start the new landscape on a clean slate.

Shade is often the missing piece on open rural ground. Fast-growing trees take time, so we pair new plantings with pergolas and patios that make the yard usable right away. A fire pit under Summit's big night skies doesn't hurt either. Every project starts with a free consultation at your property, and the $8,000 project minimum is the same here as everywhere we work.
